1. How we collect and use information
MINIMAL DATA AND OFFLINE FIRST
1. Personal identity information: no sign-in is required to use focus features. The current app does not request your name, phone number, email address, identity document number, or biometric information.
2. Task text and focus data: task text you enter, focus history, and session recovery information are stored in Preferences within the local app sandbox. The app also stores policy consent, desktop card identifiers, and interface preferences (language, showing time and battery, interface sounds, and background sound choice and volume). It does not provide cloud synchronization or text analysis.
3. Anonymous usage statistics: these are off by default. Agreeing to this Policy does not automatically enable them. Only after you enable Anonymous usage statistics in Arrange > Privacy > Privacy preferences does the app send its random installation identifier, random event identifier, activity time, and actual app version to our hapybuilds.com service over HTTPS to count daily active One Moment installations. Activity dates use Beijing time. Identifiers are random values generated by this app, not IMEI, serial numbers, advertising identifiers, or accounts. Task titles, focus durations, history records, accounts, and purchase information are not sent to the statistics service.
4. Network and permissions: the app declares network permission for the optional statistics, membership store queries, and subscription entitlement verification described here. It makes no statistics requests while statistics are disabled. When a connection is established, the server processes the network address to establish the connection and perform basic security controls. The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, or the microphone, and does not read unique hardware device identifiers. It uses system time, local storage, graphics rendering, and desktop service card interfaces to provide focus features. When the optional top time and battery display is enabled, the app reads the current time and battery level locally for display. Battery data is not stored or uploaded.
5. Membership purchase and verification: on entering the membership page, the app uses Huawei system IAP to query localized prices, actual subscription periods, store trial offers and eligibility, current subscriptions, and unfinished delivery. Payment opens only after you choose to subscribe. Restore, status refresh, and foreground recovery with existing membership or a pending transaction may also query and verify proof. Huawei-signed subscription proof is sent over HTTPS to our separate One Moment subscription verification endpoint on hapybuilds.com. The server checks its signature, app, product, and environment and queries Huawei for current benefits. Signed proof may contain products, orders, subscription status, and store transaction identifiers. Order numbers and purchase tokens needed for verification and delivery are processed only in memory. Your name, phone number, focus content, and anonymous statistics identifiers are not attached. Raw proof is not written to local files, Preferences, or app logs. This subscription endpoint does not store proof, order numbers, purchase tokens, or account details in a database, statistics queue, or focus export. Confirmed product, environment, term, status, and verification times are cached locally for display and limited offline access. The current app does not provide a separate membership-account login, points claim, or locally granted trial. Huawei manages accounts and store payments; basic focus does not require a subscription.
6. Installation-based redeemed membership: One Moment does not request Huawei sign-in, avatar, nickname or phone information. Only after explicit claim confirmation and acknowledgement of uninstall loss does the app generate a random installation credential and store it in platform encrypted asset storage. It is unrelated to hardware identifiers or the optional statistics installation ID. The credential and temporary One Day handoff token are sent over HTTPS to the dedicated hapybuilds.com claim endpoint. The server stores a hashed installation identity, term and grant relation to the original order. Temporary tokens never enter logs, URIs, persistent files or focus exports; installation credentials never enter logs, Preferences or exports. Foreground and manual checks use the encrypted credential to query the current installation term. Cards only read finite entitlement facts without creating identities, reading credentials or granting online membership. Offline access lasts at most 24 hours and never beyond the confirmed remaining term; clock rollback requires online checking. Uninstalling or clearing data loses the credential and membership cannot be recovered; device migration is unsupported. Withdrawing consent stops requests while keeping this installation membership information. Consent again does not enable optional statistics.
2. How we store and protect information
1. Storage locations: focus data stays in the local app sandbox. JSON files you choose to export are saved to the location you select in the system picker. When statistics are enabled, separate statistics settings, a random installation identifier, and a pending queue are stored locally and excluded from focus record exports. Statistics are sent to our hapybuilds.com backend and isolated by app project. The backend statistics database stores hashes of random identifiers and aggregate results.
2. Retention: local history retains at most the latest 500 records. The anonymous activity queue holds at most 7 entries; entries are removed after more than 7 days or 8 attempts. Retries occur only while the app is in the foreground. The backend retains activity details and installation hashes for 400 days, event deduplication records for 8 days, and daily aggregates without identifiers indefinitely. Disabling statistics does not automatically delete anonymous history already received. You can disable statistics to clear local statistics identifiers and the pending queue. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove local app data.
3. Protection: data in the app is protected by the system’s sandbox isolation. The current version does not add application-level encryption. Statistics and subscription verification are transmitted over HTTPS. Anyone who obtains an exported JSON file can read it, so please keep exported files secure.
4. Membership cache: the app separately stores server-confirmed product ID, store environment, expiry, active and renewal status, and verification/clock times. Signed proof, order numbers, and purchase tokens are not retained or included in focus exports or statistics. Offline access lasts at most 24 hours after confirmation and never beyond the confirmed remaining term. Expired cache or a clock rollback requires online verification. Our subscription endpoint handles proof only in request memory and does not create a persistent subscription-order database. Basic network and server security handling is separate from the membership cache.
3. Third-party SDKs and information sharing
NO THIRD-PARTY COMMERCIAL TRACKING
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party user behavior analytics SDKs, and does not perform advertising or cross-app analytics. Optional anonymous statistics use system network interfaces to connect directly to our backend. They do not create cross-app profiles or upload focus records. You manage files that you choose to export.
Membership products, payment, restoration, and unfinished delivery use Huawei system IAP. Huawei handles its accounts, store products, payments, and subscription records under its applicable terms and privacy policies. Verification sends signed proof within the scope above to our hapybuilds.com service, which queries Huawei for current status. It does not link proof to anonymous statistics, attach focus records, or separately read account-profile details such as your name or phone number. The app and this endpoint do not retain raw proof.
When you open Arrange > App icon, Huawei AppGallery supplies available icons and their system selection state. A system icon change or default restoration is requested only after your explicit action. The icon service receives no focus records, anonymous statistics identifier, purchase proof, or membership state from this app. Icon query results are not stored locally.
When you choose Arrange > Rate the app, the app opens the Huawei AppGallery system review interface. The system marketplace handles its account information and any review you choose to submit. This app does not read your marketplace account or review, or attach focus records.
4. Your data management rights
You can manage your local data:
1. Review and export: view history retained on this device in Trace, or choose a save location through Arrange > Export records to export the complete retained history as a JSON file for backup and review. The export excludes session recovery information, card configuration, interface preferences, and anonymous statistics. The current version does not support importing a file to restore records in the app.
2. Delete history: confirm deletion of local history through Arrange > Clear records. The app reports the result. This preserves session recovery information, policy consent, card configuration, interface preferences, statistics settings, and the membership cache. Files you exported separately are not deleted.
3. Disable statistics: turn off Anonymous usage statistics in Arrange > Privacy > Privacy preferences. The app immediately stops further statistics uploads and clears local statistics identifiers and pending records. If local cleanup fails, it asks you to retry. Disabling statistics does not affect focus features or automatically delete statistics already sent and aggregated on the backend. Enabling statistics again creates a new random installation identifier.
4. Clear app data: you can clear app data through system settings or uninstall the app. You must delete separately exported files yourself. Removing local membership cache does not cancel a Huawei subscription; use the store subscription controls to cancel renewal.
5. Withdrawing agreement consent
You can confirm withdrawal through Arrange > Settings & privacy > Privacy > Withdraw agreement consent. After successful withdrawal, the app closes. The consent dialog appears when you open it again. Features that require consent remain unavailable until you agree again. Local focus history is not deleted. Redeemed-membership requests and pending claim tokens stop; the installation credential and verified term remain for querying this installation after consent again. Anonymous usage statistics are disabled, and local statistics identifiers and pending records are cleared. If cleanup or saving the withdrawal fails, the app asks you to retry and does not report success. Agreeing again does not enable anonymous statistics.
6. Protection of minors
We value minors’ physical and mental health and privacy. Basic focus does not require membership and has no online social features. Optional membership uses store subscriptions. Minors should use payment services with a guardian’s guidance and consent and arrange healthy focus and rest periods.
7. Policy updates and contact
This Policy may change as features develop. You can read the current text and version through Arrange > Privacy policy. To report an issue or provide feedback, use Arrange > Send feedback to open a system email draft addressed to hapy8bit@163.com. You edit the draft and confirm sending it yourself, or you can email that address directly. The app does not automatically attach focus records, device identifiers, or statistics. Emails you choose to send include the feedback content and email sending information you provide, which are used to respond to that feedback.
