隐私政策Privacy Policy
我们尽量用直接的语言说明 Soliora 如何处理数据。当前版本以本地处理为基础，不要求创建账号。We explain how Soliora handles data in plain language. The current version processes data locally and does not require an account.
1. 我们会访问哪些数据1. Data we access
在你主动授权后，Soliora 会从 Apple“健康”读取与你的体验相关的数据，包括睡眠阶段、心率、心率变异性、呼吸频率、活动能量、静息能量和锻炼记录。你可以随时在系统设置中变更这些权限。With your explicit permission, Soliora reads relevant data from Apple Health, including sleep stages, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, active energy, resting energy, and workouts. You can change these permissions in system settings at any time.
你在应用内手动添加的饮食与锻炼记录会保存在应用的本地沙盒中。Food and workout records that you add manually are stored in the app’s local sandbox.
2. 数据如何被使用2. How data is used
这些数据只用于在设备上生成睡眠、能量与趋势等功能所需的结果。Soliora 不会向 Apple“健康”写入数据。This data is used only on your device to produce sleep, energy, trend, and related features. Soliora does not write data to Apple Health.
当前版本没有账号系统、云端同步或自建服务器，不会把上述健康数据和手动记录上传给 Hapy Builds。The current version has no account system, cloud sync, or proprietary server. The health data and manual records described above are not uploaded to Hapy Builds.
3. 第三方与广告3. Third parties and ads
当前版本不包含第三方广告 SDK，也不使用第三方行为分析 SDK。我们不会出售你的个人或健康数据。The current version contains no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not sell your personal or health data.
如果未来功能需要改变数据处理方式，我们会在生效前更新本政策，并在适当情况下重新征求你的授权。If a future feature changes how data is handled, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and request your permission again when appropriate.
4. 数据保存与删除4. Data retention and deletion
手动记录保存在你的设备上。你可以在应用提供的入口删除相关记录，或通过卸载应用删除应用沙盒中的本地数据。Manual records stay on your device. You can delete them using the controls in the app, or remove all local sandbox data by uninstalling the app.
Apple“健康”中的原始数据由系统管理；你可以通过系统的“健康”应用查看和管理。Original data in Apple Health is managed by the system and can be viewed or managed in the Health app.
5. 儿童与健康提示5. Children and health notice
Soliora 面向 18 岁及以上用户。它是一般健康信息工具，不是医疗器械，也不提供诊断、治疗或紧急服务。Soliora is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is a general wellness information tool, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
6. 联系与更新6. Contact and updates
本政策会随产品能力变化而更新。正式公开联系邮箱将在 App Store 上线前同步发布在支持页面。This policy may be updated as the product evolves. A public contact email will be added to the support page before the App Store release.
