1. 服务内容1. Service

Soliora 根据你授权读取的 Apple“健康”数据和手动记录，提供睡眠、能量、活动与趋势展示。具体功能可能随着版本更新而调整。Soliora uses Apple Health data that you authorize and records that you enter manually to present sleep, energy, activity, and trend information. Features may change with future releases.

2. 不是医疗服务2. Not medical care

Soliora 仅提供一般健康与生活方式信息，不是医疗器械，不能替代专业医疗意见、诊断或治疗。Soliora provides general wellness and lifestyle information only. It is not a medical device and cannot replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

如你有急症或对身体状况存在疑虑，请及时联系当地急救服务或合格的医疗专业人员，不要依赖应用作出紧急决定。If you have a medical emergency or concerns about your health, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional. Do not rely on the app for emergency decisions.

3. 合理使用3. Acceptable use

你应在适用法律允许的范围内使用本应用，不得尝试破坏应用安全、干扰正常服务或侵犯他人合法权益。You must use the app in accordance with applicable law and must not compromise its security, disrupt normal operation, or infringe the lawful rights of others.

健康数据可能受到设备状态、传感器和系统算法影响，应用展示结果不保证绝对准确或完整。Health data can be affected by device conditions, sensors, and system algorithms. Results shown in the app are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate or complete.

4. 知识产权4. Intellectual property

Soliora 的软件、视觉设计、文字与品牌标识相关权利归 Hapy Builds 或相应权利人所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改或用于误导性商业用途。Rights in Soliora’s software, visual design, text, and brand identity belong to Hapy Builds or their respective owners. They may not be copied, modified, or used for misleading commercial purposes without permission.

5. 变更与终止5. Changes and termination

我们可能为了改进体验、安全或合规而更新应用与条款。重大变化会通过合适方式提示。We may update the app and these terms to improve the experience, security, or compliance. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

你可以随时停止使用并卸载应用。You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
