一、负责主体与政策范围1. Who is responsible

App Store 产品页面公示的 Soliora 开发者及经营者是本 App 的个人信息处理者，负责决定本政策所述处理目的与方式。The Soliora developer and operator identified on the App Store product page is the personal-information controller for the app and decides the purposes and methods described here.

本政策适用于 Soliora iOS/iPadOS App 当前提供的 Apple 健康数据读取与有限写入、本地健康展示、本地能量记录和偏好设置。Apple 自行处理的 App Store、Apple 账户和 Apple 健康平台数据受 Apple 隐私政策约束。This policy covers Soliora’s current Apple Health data reading and limited writing, local health views, local energy records, and preferences on iOS/iPadOS. Apple’s own App Store, Apple Account, and Apple Health processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

二、我们读取和写入的 Apple 健康数据2. Apple Health data

医疗健康信息属于敏感个人信息。在你通过 Apple 健康的系统界面逐项授权后，Soliora 可能通过 Apple 提供的系统健康数据接口读取：睡眠分析及阶段、心率、静息心率、心率变异性、呼吸频率、活动能量、静息能量、健身活动摘要、锻炼记录、环境声音暴露和日照时间。不同页面只查询实现其功能所需的数据和日期范围。Health information is sensitive personal information. After you grant individual permissions in Apple Health, Soliora may read sleep analysis and stages, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, active and resting energy, fitness summaries, workouts, environmental audio exposure, and daylight through Apple’s system health-data interface. Each page queries only the types and date ranges needed for its feature.

当前版本仅在你点击保存手动睡眠记录时，单独申请睡眠分析写入权限，并写入你选择的“睡眠（未分类）”或“清醒”区间；不会写入其他 Apple 健康类型，也不读取通讯录、照片、精确位置、麦克风或广告标识符。The current version requests sleep-write permission only when you save a manual sleep entry and writes the selected “sleep (unspecified)” or “awake” interval. It does not write other Apple Health types and does not read contacts, photos, precise location, microphone data, or advertising identifiers.

三、Apple 健康数据的用途3. How health data is used

睡眠数据用于展示时长、阶段、连续性及相应时间窗口内的心率和呼吸趋势；心率变异性、健身活动摘要、环境声音暴露和日照时间用于首页与指标详情展示；活动能量、静息能量和锻炼用于能量统计、运动记录和趋势展示。Sleep data supports duration, stages, continuity, and related heart-rate and respiratory trends. Heart-rate variability, fitness summaries, environmental audio exposure, and daylight support home and metric views. Active energy, resting energy, and workouts support energy summaries, workout records, and trends.

身体气象会在设备端对心率变异性、睡眠时长与目标、近期活动能量、心率、静息心率和锻炼状态进行规则计算，并可用环境声音作小幅修正，再将分数映射为天气动画。它不用于识别身份、广告推荐、保险或雇佣决策，也不会根据心率变异性推断情绪。On-device rules combine heart-rate variability, sleep duration and target, recent active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, and workout state for Body Weather; environmental audio may make a small adjustment before the score is mapped to an animation. It is not used for identity, advertising, insurance, employment, or emotion inference.

健康数据只用于向你提供健康和健身相关功能，不用于广告定向、营销画像、保险核保、雇佣决策或与健康管理无关的数据挖掘。我们不会出售 Apple 健康数据。Health data is used only to provide wellness and fitness features to you. It is not used for ad targeting, marketing profiles, insurance underwriting, employment decisions, unrelated data mining, or sale.

四、本地处理与临时缓存4. On-device processing

Soliora 在设备上查询和整理 Apple 健康数据，查询结果用于当前界面和内存状态，不会由我们上传到自建服务器，也不会作为独立健康档案写入 UserDefaults。Soliora queries and organizes Apple Health data on your device. Results are used for the current interface and in-memory state; we do not upload them to a Developer-operated server or store them as a separate health record in UserDefaults.

Apple 健康原始数据及 Soliora 写入的手动睡眠记录由 Apple 健康数据库管理。设备备份、系统迁移和 Apple 健康自身的同步行为由你的 Apple 设置和 Apple 服务控制，不属于我们建立的云端同步。Original Apple Health data and manual sleep records written by Soliora remain managed by the Apple Health database. Device backups, migration, and Apple Health synchronization are controlled by your Apple settings and Apple services, not by a Soliora cloud sync.

五、用户手动输入的记录5. Manual records

你在能量页面输入的食物名称、热量、份量描述，以及补充运动的类型、开始时间、时长和能量，会以带版本的本地数据形式保存在 App 沙盒中，用于按日期恢复和计算能量记录。Food names, calories, portions, and supplemental workout type, start time, duration, and energy that you enter on the Energy page are versioned local data in the app sandbox, used to restore and calculate records by date.

你主动填写的睡眠或清醒区间会在获得写入权限后保存到 Apple 健康，并带有用户录入及 Soliora 来源标记，用于在睡眠详情和周期轨迹中识别。上述手动记录均不会上传到我们的服务器。Sleep or awake intervals that you enter are saved to Apple Health after write permission and marked as user-entered and sourced from Soliora for recognition in sleep details and period history. None of these manual records is uploaded to our server.

六、偏好和设置数据6. Preferences and settings

Soliora 会在本地保存你主动填写的显示名称、外观模式、页面主题、首页指标与单双列选择、通知开关和提醒时间等偏好，以便下次启动继续使用。通知内容由 iOS 本地调度。Soliora stores preferences locally, including a display name you provide, appearance mode, page theme, home metrics and single- or two-column choice, notification setting, and reminder time. Notifications are scheduled locally by iOS.

当前版本没有 Soliora 云端账户、跨设备账户同步或开发者运营的用户数据库。恢复系统、清除 App 数据或卸载 App 可能会移除这些偏好。The current version has no Soliora cloud account, cross-device account sync, or Developer-operated user database. Restoring the system, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may remove these preferences.

七、网络状态与技术数据7. Network and technical data

App 使用系统网络路径监测判断当前是否存在可用网络连接，以展示断网或恢复提示。该状态不等于服务器可达性，当前不会形成网络历史记录或发送给我们。The app uses the system network path monitor to determine whether a network connection appears available and to show offline or restored notices. This is not a server-reachability test, and the current version does not build or send a network history to us.

当前源码未集成第三方广告或行为分析 SDK。Apple 可能按照你的系统设置和其隐私政策处理 App Store 交易、崩溃诊断或商店使用信息；这些处理由 Apple 控制。The current source includes no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK. Apple may process App Store transactions, crash diagnostics, or store usage according to your settings and Apple’s privacy policy; Apple controls that processing.

八、订阅和购买信息8. Purchases

如果启用 App 内购买，Apple 会处理付款方式、账单和交易；Soliora 只会获得提供和恢复权益所需的商品标识、交易状态、有效期及相关验证信息。If in-app purchases are enabled, Apple processes payment methods, billing, and transactions. Soliora receives only the product identifier, transaction state, validity period, and verification information needed to provide or restore entitlements.

在当前无自建账户和后端的前提下，购买状态优先通过 StoreKit 和 Apple 交易记录在设备端验证。若未来新增服务器验证，我们会在启用前更新本政策，说明传输字段、保存期限和安全措施。With no Developer account or backend in the current version, purchase status is intended to be verified on-device through StoreKit and Apple transaction records. If server verification is added, we will update this policy first with the fields, retention, and security measures.

九、共享、披露与广告限制9. Sharing and advertising

当前版本不会向我们或第三方广告平台传输 Apple 健康数据、手动健康记录或偏好数据。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会利用健康数据投放广告。The current version does not transmit Apple Health data, manual health records, or preferences to us or third-party advertising platforms. We do not sell personal information or use health data for advertising.

当前版本没有实现向第三方分享健康数据的功能。仅在你主动发起、法律明确要求、保护你或他人生命安全，或为健康健身服务且已取得法律要求的明确同意等情况下，才可能依法处理必要信息。The current version does not provide a feature for sharing health data with third parties. Necessary information may be processed only when you initiate it, law requires it, safety requires it, or a wellness service has obtained the consent required by law.

十、保存期限与删除方式10. Retention and deletion

Apple 健康查询结果仅在页面运行和内存需要期间使用；我们不建立其服务器副本。手动能量记录和偏好会保留在设备中，直至你删除相应记录、清除 App 数据或卸载 App。Apple Health query results are used only while a page is running and memory is needed; we do not create a server copy. Manual energy records and preferences remain on the device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Soliora 写入的手动睡眠和清醒记录会保留在 Apple 健康数据库中，直至你从 Soliora 的手动记录历史或健康 App 中删除；仅卸载 App 不应被视为已删除这些 Apple 健康记录。Manual sleep and awake records written by Soliora remain in Apple Health until you delete them from Soliora’s manual history or the Health app. Uninstalling Soliora alone does not delete Apple Health records.

十一、权限撤销与用户选择11. Your choices

你可以在 iPhone 或 iPad 的“设置”或“健康”App 中查看并撤销 Soliora 对各类健康数据的权限。撤销后，相关页面可能无法显示数据，但不影响 Apple 健康中由其他来源创建的原始记录；你也可以在系统设置中关闭通知。You can review and revoke Soliora’s permissions in Settings or the Health app on iPhone or iPad. Related pages may stop showing data, but records created by other sources in Apple Health are not affected. You can also turn off notifications in system settings.

本地能量记录可通过 App 提供的入口逐项移除；Soliora 写入的睡眠记录可在 App 的手动记录历史或健康 App 中删除。撤销写入权限会阻止后续保存，但不会自动删除已写入的记录。You can remove local energy records through the app’s controls. Sleep records written by Soliora can be deleted from the app’s manual history or the Health app. Revoking write permission stops future saves but does not automatically delete existing records.

十二、数据安全12. Data security

Soliora 依赖 iOS 沙盒、设备锁定、Apple 健康权限和系统加密机制保护本地数据。你应为设备设置安全密码，并谨慎在共享设备上使用健康功能。Soliora relies on the iOS sandbox, device lock, Apple Health permissions, and system encryption to protect local data. Set a strong device passcode and take care when using health features on a shared device.

没有任何技术能保证绝对安全。如未来发生可能影响用户权益的安全事件，我们将按照适用法律和可用联系渠道采取调查、修复与通知措施。No technology guarantees absolute security. If a future security incident may affect user rights, we will investigate, remediate, and notify through available channels as required by applicable law.

十三、未成年人13. Children

Soliora 不以未成年人为定向营销对象，也不会故意通过当前无账户版本收集儿童身份信息。未达到当地独立同意年龄的用户，应由父母或法定监护人判断是否适合使用并管理健康权限；在中国境内处理不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息，应依法取得监护人同意。Soliora is not directed at minors and the current account-free version does not intentionally collect children’s identity information. A parent or legal guardian should decide whether use is appropriate and manage permissions for users below the local age of consent.

如未来提供账户、社交或研究功能，我们会在上线前另行评估年龄要求和监护人同意机制。If accounts, social features, or research features are added, we will assess age requirements and guardian-consent mechanisms before launch.

十四、跨境处理14. Cross-border processing

当前版本没有我们运营的服务器，因此我们不会主动将 Apple 健康数据、本地手动记录或写入 Apple 健康的睡眠记录传输至其他国家或地区。The current version has no Developer-operated server, so we do not actively transfer Apple Health data, local manual records, or sleep records written to Apple Health to another country or region.

Apple 可能根据你的 Apple 账户、商店地区和其全球基础设施处理 App Store 或系统服务数据，相关安排以 Apple 的政策和你的设置为准。Apple may process App Store or system-service data based on your Apple Account, store region, and Apple’s global infrastructure. Apple’s policy and your settings govern that processing.

十五、用户权利15. Your privacy rights

根据所在地法律，你可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、限制处理、撤回同意或投诉等权利。当前数据主要位于你的设备和 Apple 健康中，你可以通过系统权限和 App 删除功能直接行使多数控制。Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, withdraw consent, or complain. Most current data is on your device or in Apple Health, so you can exercise much of that control through system permissions and the app’s deletion controls.

如需向我们提出隐私请求，可使用 App 内“设置—反馈与建议”，或 App Store 产品页面公示的“App 支持”和开发者联系渠道。我们会在验证必要信息后依法响应，但不会要求你提供与请求无关的健康数据。For a privacy request, use “Settings — Feedback and Suggestions” in the app, or the “App Support” and developer contact channels on the App Store product page. We will respond as required after necessary verification and will not ask for unrelated health data.

十六、政策更新16. Policy updates

功能、数据类型、第三方服务或法律要求发生变化时，本政策可能更新。重大变化会在合理可行范围内通过 App、版本更新说明或支持页面提示，并在需要时重新征得你的同意。This policy may change when features, data types, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will reasonably highlight material changes in the app, release notes, or support page and obtain consent again when required.

请关注文档顶部的更新日期。若不同意更新后的必要数据处理，你可以停止使用相应功能并撤销权限。Check the update date at the top of this document. If you do not agree with necessary processing after an update, you can stop using the related feature and revoke permission.

十七、联系我们17. Contact

你可以通过 App 内“设置—反馈与建议”，或 App Store 产品页面公示的“App 支持”和开发者联系渠道提交隐私请求。请不要在反馈中发送不必要的健康数据或其他敏感信息。Submit privacy requests through “Settings — Feedback and Suggestions” in the app, or the “App Support” and developer contact channels listed on the App Store product page. Do not include unnecessary health or other sensitive data in a message.

本政策版本 1.1，自 2026 年 8 月 5 日生效。功能、数据类型或处理方式发生重大变化时，我们会在更新前修订本政策并在 App 内显示新的版本与更新时间；依法需要重新同意的，将在处理前再次征得同意。This version 1.1 is effective August 5, 2026. For material changes to features, data types, or processing, we will revise this policy before the change, show the new version and date in the app, and obtain consent again before processing when required by law.
