欢迎使用 Soliora。请在使用前阅读本协议，尤其是健康免责声明、敏感健康信息授权、付费权益、自动续费和责任限制条款。开始使用即表示你理解并同意本协议；如不同意，请停止使用。Welcome to Soliora. Please read these terms before using the app, especially the health disclaimer, sensitive health-data authorization, paid entitlements, auto-renewal, and liability sections. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree; if you do not agree, stop using it.
一、协议主体与适用范围1. Who this applies to
本服务由 App Store 产品页面公示的 Soliora 开发者及经营者（以下简称“我们”）提供。本协议适用于 Soliora iOS/iPadOS App、其中提供的本地功能，以及通过 Apple App Store 提供的订阅或一次性购买项目。This service is provided by the Soliora developer and operator identified on the App Store product page (the “Developer”). These terms apply to the Soliora iOS/iPadOS app, its local features, and subscriptions or one-time purchases offered through Apple’s App Store.
Apple 的媒体服务条款、标准最终用户许可协议和你所在地的强制性消费者保护规则可能同时适用；当强制性法律与本协议不一致时，以强制性法律为准。Apple’s Media Services Terms, standard end-user license terms, and mandatory consumer protections in your location may also apply. Mandatory law prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
二、服务内容与功能边界2. What Soliora provides
Soliora 在你授权后整理和展示 Apple 健康数据，并提供睡眠、心率相关趋势、活动与能量信息、本地饮食记录、本地补充运动记录、身体气象、健康科普和个性化外观等功能。具体功能会因设备、系统版本、地区、权限状态和 App 版本而不同。With your permission, Soliora organizes and presents Apple Health data and provides sleep, heart-related trends, activity and energy information, local food and supplemental workout records, Body Weather, wellness explanations, and appearance settings. Features vary by device, OS version, region, permissions, and app version.
身体气象、综合状态、趋势说明、估算值与科普内容仅用于帮助你理解个人数据。它们由有限数据和规则模型计算，不是医疗器械功能，也不是诊断、处方、治疗建议或紧急医疗服务。Body Weather, combined states, trends, estimates, and educational content help you understand your own data. They are rule-based interpretations of limited data, not medical-device functions, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment advice, or emergency services.
三、使用资格与设备责任3. Eligibility and device responsibility
你应具备所在地法律要求的民事行为能力。未达到当地独立同意年龄的用户，应在父母或法定监护人同意和指导下使用；在中国境内，不满十四周岁的未成年人应由父母或其他监护人阅读并同意相关条款。You must have the legal capacity required where you live. Users below the local age of independent consent should use Soliora with a parent or legal guardian’s agreement and guidance.
当前版本不提供 Soliora 云端账户。你应妥善管理设备、Apple 账户和系统解锁凭据，并自行承担因设备遗失、共享设备或系统设置不当造成的本地数据暴露风险。The current version does not provide a Soliora cloud account. You are responsible for securing your device, Apple Account, and passcode, including against exposure caused by a lost or shared device or unsafe system settings.
四、Apple 健康授权与健康数据4. Apple Health authorization
Apple 健康中的医疗健康数据属于敏感个人信息。Soliora 仅在你通过系统逐项授权后，通过 Apple 提供的系统健康数据接口访问实现健康与健身功能所必需的数据。当前可读取睡眠分析、心率、静息心率、心率变异性、呼吸频率、活动能量、静息能量、健身活动摘要、锻炼记录、环境声音暴露和日照时间。Health data in Apple Health is sensitive personal information. Only after you grant individual permissions in the system does Soliora use Apple’s system health-data interface to access data needed for its wellness and fitness features. Current read types include sleep analysis, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, active and resting energy, fitness summaries, workouts, environmental audio exposure, and daylight.
仅当你主动保存手动睡眠或清醒区间时，Soliora 才会在取得单独写入授权后，向 Apple 健康写入对应记录。你可以拒绝或随时撤销任一权限；权限不足时，相应功能可能显示无数据或无法使用。Soliora writes a corresponding sleep or awake interval to Apple Health only when you actively save a manual entry and grant separate write permission. You may refuse or revoke any permission at any time; related features may then show no data or become unavailable.
五、用户手动记录5. Manual records
你可以输入食物名称、热量、份量描述，补充运动的类型、时间、时长和能量，以及睡眠或清醒区间。上述内容由你自行确认，Soliora 不保证输入内容、设备估算或第三方来源数据绝对准确。You may enter food names, calories, portions, supplemental workout type, time, duration and energy, and sleep or awake intervals. You are responsible for confirming these entries; Soliora does not guarantee that user input, device estimates, or third-party data are perfectly accurate.
手动饮食和补充运动记录保存在当前 App 的本地沙盒中；手动睡眠和清醒区间在取得写入授权后保存到 Apple 健康。你可以从 Soliora 的手动睡眠历史或健康 App 管理相应睡眠记录。Manual food and supplemental workout records stay in the app’s local sandbox. Manual sleep and awake intervals are saved to Apple Health after write permission is granted, and can be managed from Soliora’s manual history or the Health app.
六、付费项目6. Purchases and paid features
当前产品规划中，首页各健康指标详情的周、月周期报告，以及完整趋势页面，属于 Soliora Pro 付费范围；首页概览、各指标日详情和其他免费功能不因本次范围调整而自动变为付费内容。最终权益以购买时的商品页面和 Apple 确认界面为准。In the current product plan, weekly and monthly reports for health metrics and the full Trends page are within Soliora Pro. The home overview, daily metric details, and other free features do not automatically become paid. The purchase page and Apple confirmation screen control the final entitlement.
商品名称、权益范围、试用期、价格、币种、计费周期和可用地区，以购买页面及 Apple 确认界面显示的信息为准。支付、税费、账单、退款和家庭共享受 Apple 规则及适用法律约束；我们不会直接获取你的完整银行卡信息。Product names, benefits, trials, prices, currencies, billing periods, and regions are shown at purchase and in Apple’s confirmation screen. Apple’s rules and applicable law govern payment, taxes, billing, refunds, and Family Sharing; we do not receive your full card details.
七、自动续费订阅7. Auto-renewing subscriptions
如果你购买自动续费订阅，订阅会按照购买确认页面所示周期持续续订，直至你取消。续费价格和扣款时间以 Apple 在你所在商店展示和通知的信息为准。If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews for the period shown at purchase until you cancel. Apple’s storefront notices control the renewal price and billing time.
你可以在 Apple 账户的“订阅”管理页面关闭自动续费。取消通常在当前已支付周期结束后生效，不会自动退还已开始周期的费用；退款资格和结果由 Apple 及适用法律决定。有效订阅期内，我们会按商品说明提供权益，并提供恢复购买入口。You can turn off renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund a period that has started; Apple and applicable law determine refund eligibility. We provide the purchased benefits during the active period and offer restore-purchase access.
八、一次性购买与永久权益8. One-time and lifetime entitlements
只有在购买页面明确标注为非消耗型一次性购买、永久解锁或同等含义时，相关项目才构成一次性权益。“永久”表示不必为购买时明确列出的同一功能范围重复支付周期性费用。An item is a one-time entitlement only when the purchase page clearly describes it as a non-consumable purchase, lifetime unlock, or equivalent. “Lifetime” means no recurring charge for the same feature scope clearly listed at purchase.
“永久”不表示 App、系统版本、设备兼容性、联网服务或开发维护会无限期存在，也不自动包含之后明确列为独立付费项目的功能或第三方内容。只要 App 仍可提供且 Apple 保留交易记录，你可以使用原购买 Apple 账户恢复权益。“Lifetime” does not promise that the app, an OS version, device compatibility, online services, or maintenance will exist forever, nor does it include later features clearly sold separately. While the app remains available and Apple retains the transaction, you can restore the entitlement with the original Apple Account.
九、用户行为规范9. Acceptable use
你不得利用 Soliora 进行违法活动，不得绕过付费验证、破坏 App、反向攻击服务、传播恶意代码、冒用他人身份或未经授权访问他人的健康信息。You must not use Soliora unlawfully, bypass purchase checks, damage the app, attack services, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or access another person’s health information without authorization.
你不得将展示结果冒充专业诊断，或以可能危害自己或他人的方式使用 App。发现紧急健康风险时，应立即联系当地急救服务或合格医疗专业人员。Do not present the app’s output as a professional diagnosis or use it in a way that could harm you or others. In an urgent health situation, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
十、知识产权10. Intellectual property
Soliora 的程序、界面、品牌标识、原创文字、图形和其他受保护内容的权利归开发者或相应权利人所有。你获得的是个人、有限、非排他、不可转让且可撤销的使用许可，而不是相关知识产权的所有权。Rights in Soliora’s software, interface, brand, original text, graphics, and other protected content belong to the Developer or the relevant rights holder. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app, not ownership of its intellectual property.
Apple、Apple 健康、Apple Watch、App Store 及其他第三方名称和标识属于各自权利人。Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, the App Store, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
十一、第三方平台与服务11. Third-party platforms
Soliora 依赖 Apple 提供的操作系统、Apple 健康服务和 App Store。系统故障、权限变化、设备限制、地区政策或第三方服务调整可能影响部分功能，我们无法控制第三方平台的持续可用性。Soliora relies on Apple’s operating systems, Apple Health services, and the App Store. Outages, permission changes, device limits, regional policies, or third-party changes may affect features, and we cannot control the continued availability of third-party platforms.
你通过 Apple 管理健康权限、购买、退款和订阅时，还应遵守 Apple 的对应条款与隐私政策。Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy also apply when you manage health permissions, purchases, refunds, or subscriptions through Apple.
十二、服务变更、中止与终止12. Changes and termination
我们可基于产品改进、安全、合规、平台要求或运营条件更新功能和本协议。涉及用户重大权益的不利变化，将在合理可行范围内通过 App、App Store 更新说明或支持页面告知。We may update features and these terms for product improvement, security, compliance, platform requirements, or operational reasons. We will reasonably communicate material adverse changes through the app, App Store release notes, or the support page.
如 App 停止运营，我们将尽合理努力保护仍在有效期内的付费权益，并遵守 Apple 规则和适用法律。因严重违规、欺诈、攻击或滥用造成风险时，我们可限制相关功能。If the app stops operating, we will make reasonable efforts to address active paid entitlements in accordance with Apple’s rules and applicable law. We may restrict features when serious violations, fraud, attacks, or abuse create risk.
十三、健康与安全免责声明13. Health and safety disclaimer
Soliora 展示的数据可能来自传感器估算、Apple 健康记录、用户输入或算法整理，可能存在延迟、缺失和误差。身体气象会结合心率变异性、睡眠、近期活动与身体负荷，并可能以环境声音作轻微修正；它不会根据心率变异性推断你的情绪。Soliora’s data may come from sensor estimates, Apple Health records, user input, or algorithmic processing and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Body Weather combines heart-rate variability, sleep, recent activity, and body load, with possible minor environmental-audio adjustment; it does not infer emotions from heart-rate variability.
任何单次读数、分数或趋势都不应单独用于判断疾病或改变药物、饮食、训练和治疗计划。如你感到不适、怀疑存在疾病或需要医疗判断，请咨询合格医疗专业人员；紧急情况下请立即联系当地急救服务。No single reading, score, or trend should be used alone to identify illness or change medication, diet, training, or treatment. If you feel unwell or need medical judgment, consult a qualified professional; in an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
十四、责任限制与法定权利14. Liability and statutory rights
在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对因依赖非医疗信息、错误输入、权限中断、设备故障、第三方平台或不可抗力造成的间接、附带或后果性损失承担超出法律要求的责任。To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by reliance on non-medical information, incorrect input, interrupted permissions, device failure, third-party platforms, or force majeure beyond what the law requires.
本条不排除或限制依法不得排除的责任，也不影响你依据所在地强制性消费者保护法律享有的退款、质量保障或其他法定权利。This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights, including refund and quality protections in your location.
十五、适用法律与争议处理15. Governing law and disputes
考虑到 Soliora 计划全球发行，本协议不选择性剥夺你所在地不可放弃的消费者权利。双方应先通过正式支持渠道友好沟通；无法解决时，由适用法律确定有管辖权的机构处理。Because Soliora is intended for global distribution, these terms do not take away non-waivable consumer rights in your location. We should first try to resolve issues through the official support channel; otherwise, the competent forum is determined by applicable law.
与 Apple 交易、退款或商店账户直接相关的争议，可能需要先通过 Apple 支持渠道处理。Disputes directly involving an Apple transaction, refund, or store account may need to be handled through Apple Support first.
十六、联系与协议生效16. Contact and effective date
你可以通过 App 内“设置—反馈与建议”发起反馈，也可以通过 App Store 产品页面公示的“App 支持”或开发者联系渠道联系我们。请勿在非必要情况下发送健康数据。You can send feedback from “Settings — Feedback and Suggestions” in the app, or use the “App Support” and developer contact channels listed on the App Store product page. Do not send health data unless it is necessary.
本协议版本 1.1，自 2026 年 8 月 5 日生效。更新协议时，我们会在 App 内显示新的版本与更新时间；涉及重大权益变化时，将依法另行提示并在需要时重新取得同意。This version 1.1 is effective August 5, 2026. When we update these terms, the app will show the new version and date. Material changes will be separately communicated and re-consented to when required by law.
